[EIC-eRD110] first eRD110 meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Our first meeting will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, at 2 pm EDT. The 
main objective is to discuss the proposal we will be submitting tomorrow 
evening. Please, keep in mind that the proposal is still very much in 
flux. For example, all tables will go in an Appendix and there will be 
one table like Table 1 for each detector separately. Also, some more 
text will be added to the common executive summary. The plan is to have 
the major updates done prior to 2 pm and leave only smaller editions for 
later.
