[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] LAPPD beam test kick off meeting next week

   Dear All,

   we have six weeks left between now and June 13-26 LAPPD beam test at 
Fermilab. Time to set up regular meetings. Let's try to find time for
a kick off one next week:

   Concerning the agenda and urgent items, we absolutely need to
discuss the layouts and place the pixelated readout boards order next 
week, confirm those who is joining the beam test, discuss the scientific 
program, the setup, logistics, missing items, software, etc.
