Hi Alexander!

You can use me as your point of contact for your run. Can you fill out the attached spreadsheet with people? Then I’ll make sure to watch for them.

At the moment, the site is as open as it is going to get. Everyone needs a physical badge and it must be worn at all times. They will scan badges when you
come onsite. FTBF also has a card reader now and you’ll have to scan into the building. However, there are chip shortages, so many of the new ID cards
aren’t able to be scanned. We have keys to the building instead if necessary.

It does take time to get through the ID process, so I would encourage people to start early. And make your onsite dates for a year, starting from whenever
you fill out the form. You guys should also request remote access as well. When all the paperwork is complete, people will get a QR code with instructions
on getting a badging appointment. People need to make sure that everything is uploaded (vaccination/tests, passport, etc). Oh! We have also had people
having issues because they don’t have real IDs, that is required now. Either a Real ID driver’s license or a passport.

I don’t know much about the onsite housing right now. I’m not sure how hard it is to get a room out there.

I think that is all. They’ve been more strict about badging and access right now. It sucks.

Mandy
