[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] eRD110 (bi)weekly meeting time

  as suggested in one of the recent eRD110 meetings, let's try - as of next week - to find time for a more regular one, (I'd say limited to ~1h, either bi-weekly or weekly depending on the progress and the proposed agenda topics):

  The poll is for Monday, but I added one of the alternating pfRICH time slots on Thursday as well, where we know most of the people interested in HRPPDs/MCP-PMTs can participate.

  Meetings are supposed to be a mix of HRPPD/MCP-PMT and SiPM-for-dRICH topics.
