  Despite the fact there is no SiPM component in the eRD110 FY24 proposal, we are assuming one can still share this meeting time between HRPPD / MCP-PMT and SiPM groups, if there is a mutual interest to do so. We do understand that not every topic will be of interest for everybody on this mailing list, so please pay attention to the agenda.

  Unless there are other proposals / contributions, next week we suggest to focus on the status and timelines of the EIC-Incom PED contract, related remaining activities in FY23, preparations for the DAC review end of August 2023, and also discuss HRPPD-related plans in 2024, including a beam test and magnetic field measurement campaigns.

  In the follow up meetings let's eventually start discussing the substantial results from our lab, beam test, magnetic field measurement and irradiation / annealing campaigns, as well as perhaps photosensor modeling results, and whatever else people find appropriate to discuss in such regular working group / community meetings. We should probably also invite our Incom colleagues on a more regular basis as well, and perhaps share pfRICH-, hpDIRC- and dRICH-related news whenever appropriate in its part related to photosensor development. Other suggestions are welcome.
