[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] eRD110 meeting Monday next week

  Dear All,

  a short summary of the June 28th eRD110 meeting:

  (2) FY24 proposal text and a budget table to be in a "mature draft" state by Friday COB:

  - Yordanka takes care about the Executive summary
  - AK incorporates Silvia's input and adjusts HRPPD section according to what was discussed in the meeting (QE uniformity scan done at Argonne; HRPPD+ASICs kit goes to BNL and later on perhaps to Glasgow, we try to order a Planacon as well; etc)
  - Pietro deals with the SiPM part for dRICH
  - it looks like there is no substantial input to the SiPMs for calorimetry

  (3) FY23 reports to be incorporated by Sunday (or let's call it be ready by our Monday meeting)

  (4) next meeting for a final discussion around the FY24 proposal, and the PID review talks will happen next Monday July 3rd  @ 10am NY time:
