[EIC-eRD110] [EXTERNAL] No eRD110 meeting this week; HRPPD evaluation procedure document v05

  Dear All,

  We will skip the eRD110 (bi)weekly meeting this week. So far two HRPPDs were shipped by Incom to JLab, but we have no measurements to be presented and discussed so far.

  Attached is a slightly updated version of the HRPPD evaluation procedure document, which was just submitted to the EIC project management.
