Dear all,
HDR has provided the 60% Detailed Design deliverables to the EIC Infrastructure Team. We have placed the PDFs and 3D models in SharePoint, and you can access them [?Folder icon] here<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__brookhavenlab.sharepoint.com_-3Af-3A_s_eRHIC_infrastructure_EikfuBzsffZLmSxiw0-5FiEKsBaD4ewq5pwNQolU9Px7NSzg&d=DwIFAg&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=YlomUu5_AJckLj-nkMxF4ZuQpjiBiKS678vkOWu5Cqk&m=JRTim5v9rODIDs32ftCnDv6ug6m9_XrhLdEK37UwLT74fCoG_sjO3lz2mCBVWA0Z&s=-L3QTmG7UUFThA3W1wv8Z0wfOTyKOAogeKnzHqXEjcc&e= >. We have also placed the PDFs in the Bluebeam Studio Session for commenting of fatal flaws or significant concerns-- comments due by Monday, January 6th, for EIC Infrastructure, CAD, F&O and MPO and Friday, January 17th, for EIC TSD.
We consider this review vital to meeting your needs. So, please put forth your best efforts in completing this review during this critical time for the project. Major changes after this milestone will be fully scrutinized. Significant cost changes will require TCCB and CCB justifications and approvals.
Your input counts. Let's make this a success for BNL and the EIC Project.

Please provide comments (fatal flaws/significant concerns) by initializing the comments based on the abbreviated function as follows:
General - "Gen"
Civil - "Civil"
Structural - "Struct"
Architectural - "Arch"
Fire & Life Safety - "F&LS"
Plumbing - "Plumb"
Mechanical - "Mech"
Electrical - "Elec"
Telecom - "Telco"
Security - "Secur"
Sustainability - "Sust"
Electrical-HVP - "El-HPV"
Therefore, start the comment with the abbreviation (e.g. Gen or Civil, etc.), then the comment. If you do not have a Bluebeam account and someone else is making a comment/markup for you, make sure to put that person's name with their comment(s). Any questions related to Bluebeam, please contact Ryan Goggin, rgoggin at bnl.gov<mailto:rgoggin at bnl.gov>.
If you have any questions, please contact Joe Mondillo at jmondillo at bnl.gov<mailto:jmondillo at bnl.gov>.
Thank you.
