I have forwarded you:


  1.
 Priorities meeting, Monday morning.  Please let me know if there is anything noteworthy from elsewhere in the lab.  1-2 min verbal update for EIC:  status of cryoplant and conductor procurements, and upcoming OPA review.  Feel free to add anything else notable.


  1.
 LMS Meeting, Tuesday.  Audience is senior management from JLab and JSA.  The purpose is for JSA to get updated on what's going on at the lab.  They have gone to using the DOE one-pager for the projects.  This doesn't necessarily align with how I might present otherwise, so feel free to ad lib, or just read them the slide.  They just want a short update on EIC status.  Once you get access to the slides, you can take a look at what everyone else is presenting.  You should try to present in person, if possible, but you don't need to stay for the whole meeting - you can come in sometime before the talk and leave after if you want.

  2.
Project Director's Review, Thursday.  This is the first review for Jens.  I will try to get you at least an outline of what I think we should show.
