Good evening Katherine and Phil -

Attached is the spreadsheet with the Procurement lists (>$100K and FY25/26/27) for all Projects.
I pulled in all entries from your EIC 'orange' spreadsheet until Row 385.  Included a Comment that
the EIC data doesn't reflect any load leveling or match to FY funding.

Can you please look at the EIC rows (gray) and identify any that you think will be sole source and
also any that you think will be foreign vendors?

Just the items you have confidence will fall into either of those categories, please.  Don't sweat over
any "might be" items.  Kim and Johnathon are asking for this data as soon as possible, so your attention
is appreciated!

Hi Phil -

Thanks very much, this is a big help.  Just got an email from Tisca indicating a desire to know things like sole source
and domestic vs foreign.  So I may develop the spreadsheet request for the other Projects, and then ask you to add
such comments for EIC items.  She already has that info for all the EIC CD-3A stuff.

Hello Allison,



Here is the current list of procurements for EIC grouped by calendar year and then by Value category (BNL Procurement Designation).



Some things we discussed:

*        This is a static snapshot as of today

*        Assumes no leveling needed based on funding

*        Will change based on Sub-Project strategy



This does not include what we have in an RF side file that adds additional budget, but should be good for using to develop a strategy for classification for Lab approval vs. DOE.
