Dear EIC Project Team:

As we approach September, it is time for us to switch gears to focus on preparation for the Director's Review on October 22-24 at BNL. Starting next week, we will begin sending calendar holds for the Dry Runs.  Page turns for each subcommittee will be self-organized by the POCs and their admins. A Kick Off meeting will be held in the next two weeks to discuss messaging, the prep site, deadlines, and templates. The PPT template on the prep site is a high-level outline. Talks should be similar to what was done for the CD-3A Review. Slides from Project Controls will be added at a later time. Cathy Lavelle will be in contact with document owners regarding needed updates.  Please review the attached Draft Agenda to see if you are a proposed speaker.

  *   Sept 26 - Speakers post draft talks to the prep site
  *   Sept 30 - October 2- Dry Runs
  *   Oct 7 - Pre-Review Meeting w/ Committee
  *   Oct 8 - Site and supporting docs are released to the review team
  *   Sept 30 - Speakers post final draft talks for QA to the prep site
  *   Week of October 14 (tentative)-Dress Rehearsals
  *   Oct 15- Presentations are posted on the review site
