Please save the date for the EIC CD-3B Director's Review at BNL, Bldg 1005S, on October 22-24, 2024. An Outlook calendar hold will be sent to the EMT, Project Support, L2s and L3s. Feel free to forward to other team members who could benefit from attending. The committee list, draft agenda and prep site are in development.

The preliminary prep schedule is as follows:

  *   Sept 18- Speakers post talk outlines to the prep site
  *   Sept 16-18- Page Turns
  *   Sept 24- Supporting Document Owners post final drafts to the prep site for QA
  *   Oct  8- Site and supporting docs are released to the review team
  *   Sept 26- Speakers post draft talks to the prep site
  *   Sept 30-October 2- Dry Runs
  *   Oct 7 - Pre-Review Meeting w/ EMT & Committee
  *   Sept 30- Speakers post final draft talks for QA to the prep site
  *   Week of October 14 (tentative)-Dress Rehearsals
  *   Oct 15- Presentations are posted on the review site
