[Eicatjlab_all_personnel] [EXTERNAL] ePIC/EIC-UG Poster contest

Dear ePIC and EIC-UG Early Career Members,

the ePIC / EIC-UG outreach group would like to invite you to participate in a poster contest.
The contest has two categories for a poster on EIC Science or the ePIC detector

Category 1:  A poster on EIC Science or the ePIC detector for high-school students
Category 2:  A poster on EIC Science or the ePIC detector for scientists, but not being experts in ePIC, EIC or DIS.
              Category 3:  A poster on the EIC Accelerator, for scientists, but not being experts in accelerators and colliders

Rules for the competition:


  *   Deadline of submission Monday January 20th at 12:00 pm EST == 6:00 pm CET
  *   persons submitting a poster need to identify as a Early Career member of ePIC and/or the EIC-UG
  *   per person only one poster per category can be submitted.

To submit your poster please post it be the deadline to the respective folder for the category you want to submit to

these folders are at a  public sharepoint side
The name of the file should please contain your name, the category you want to submit to as well as if it is a poster on science or the detector.

Voting:
The voting for the best poster in each category will be online during the ePIC collaboration meeting.
This allows everybody being a member of ePIC and/or the EIC-UG to vote, independent of being at the ePIC collaboration meeting in person or not.
Everybody can only submit one vote per category.

The best poster in each category will be the one with the most votes, so a simple majority.
We will ask the winners to present their posters online or in person on Friday during the ePIC collaboration meeting.
The winner in each category can if wanted work with graphics art to beautify the poster even further.
Of course there will be some nice EIC merchandise as prices.
