Just to clearify: it is not a review of the EIC super conducting IR magnets per se (as indicated in the agenda title) but a review of the schedule for the EIC SC IR magnets.

The LLP Cost Review and SC Magnet Review are scheduled for next week Monday, June 26- June 29 at BNL in Building 1005S.

The latest agenda is attached for both Reviews and is also posted on the Review sites. If you are required to participate, you should have received Outlook notices with the zoom. If you need to be included and did not receive an invite, please reach out to Alyssa Petrone.

Space is limited in the Bldg 1005S Conference Rooms and therefore we had to identify those individuals that can be in attendance in the conference rooms during the review.  All other participants must attend remotely.  The zoom links are on the LLP Cost Review and SC Magnet site.



The JLAB and Project Controls Team staff that are traveling have been provided with assigned office space in 1005S .  Please see the attached spreadsheet for room assignments. EIC Admins will be in the lobby upon your arrival to assist you to your guest office.



All meals are “no host” for EIC team members. We have refrigerators available to store food on the 2nd and 4th floor. The No Host Dinner will take place on Monday night at Berkner.  Anna Mendez has sent out an Outlook notice to those confirmed and paid.



There may be a tour of NSLS II scheduled for the review teams on Thursday afternoon. I am awaiting confirmation. Paul Orfin is the tour coordinator.
