[Eicpp_personnel] Transition Announcement for EIC Common Platform Lead Developer Role

Dear BNL EIC & CAD Staff:



Thomas Hayes has recently announced that he is stepping down as the Lead Developer for the EIC Common Platform as a part of his transition to a new position in the Nonproliferation and National Security Department.  I’d like to thank Thomas for his significant contributions toward development and organization of the Common Platform hardware design efforts.



I’d also like to announce that Kevin Mernick has agreed to assume the Lead Developer role for the EIC Common Platform in Thomas’ stead.  Kevin has already been contributing significantly to the development effort and will be assuming the lead role with immediate effect.
