We have a busy summer and fall ahead! Below is a list of the EIC "meeting free weeks," important dates, and Lab holidays.  It may be helpful for you or your admin to put personal holds on your calendars for the dates involving your areas until official meeting notices are sent with more details. With the exception of this week, May 15-19,  the purpose of "meeting free weeks" is to make it easier for you to schedule vacation days and enjoy downtime.  The admins will work on clearing calendars for these weeks as they approach. Yes, you can still a schedule a meeting during a "meeting free week" if it is absolutely necessary, but please try to avoid this.
