[Eicpp_personnel] [EXTERNAL] Update on today's Schedule Review Meeting

Dear EIC Team:

Apologies for the miscommunications that took place regarding today's "Schedule Review Meeting" that was sent out to the L3/L2's calendars. To clarify, the purpose of this meeting , which is still taking place today, is to assess the current schedule maturity of each subsystem with the estimators and analysts and develop a set of actions to reach the desired level of schedule maturity. Elliott Golnar will be reaching out to the subsystem leads and analysts to join via Teams. All noncritical meetings have been cancelled for today to enable these impromptu discussions. No action is required from you unless you hear from Elliott. The action items developed in the meeting are intended to be completed during the week of the 15th.  To enable focus on the schedule development action items, non-critical meetings are cancelled from May 15th -May 19th . Please reach out to me or Kelly Krug with any questions.
