[Eicpp_personnel] [EXTERNAL] CD-3A Monthly EVMS Results (CPRs) for July, August, and September 2023

August and September earned value reporting against the CD-3A baseline is complete. Two formats are posted...by control account (CA) and by WBS.  We re-ran the process to accurately reflect August current period and cumulative data, instead of recognizing cum-to-date performance status in August.



Results:  The August CPR shows one control account (CA) tripped current period variance thresholds and will need to write a VAR explanation.  The September CPR shows two CAs that tripped current period variances and one cumulative.  The variances that tripped a threshold will be highlighted in red.  The yellow highlights indicate the variances are outside the "green" zone but have not yet tripped the variance threshold.  The thresholds are shown below.



I am working on the IPD system (Integrated Project Database) and should have the VAR system ready by the end of the day.  You will receive an email if your CA requires a VAR form.
