February earned value reporting against the CD-3A practice baseline is complete. Results:  One control account (CA) tripped current period and/or cumulative variance thresholds and will need VAR explanations.  You will receive an email if your CA requires a VAR explanation.  VARs must be completed, through approvals, by Wednesday, 3/13.



The variances that tripped a threshold will be highlighted in red.  The yellow highlights indicate the variances are outside the "green" zone but have not yet tripped the variance threshold.  The thresholds are shown below.



Please review the CPRs and reach out to your PC analyst with any questions.
