     Starting immediately you should perform no work for the FEL on FEL 
accounts without prior approval of either Gwyn Williams or George Neil.  
This includes reaffirming any ongoing work that you are currently 
performing.   Do not assume it is approved until you have checked with 
either Gwyn or George.
