Subject: TOMORROW-REMINDER-Celebration of the start of 12 GeV 

Hello All, 

It is thanks to you and your peers that during the past six months of 
accelerator commissioning, the laboratory has been able to meet all of 
our operational and 12 GeV project milestones.  We started with a plan 
that we knew would be challenging, and it proved to be.  Success 
required dedication throughout the commissioning team, and you helped 
our collective success thanks to your commitment to working safely and 
effectively. 

We would like to recognize your contributions by having a party to 
celebrate the start of the 12 GeV era at Jefferson Lab, and we hope you 
can attend.  The party will be June 10 at 2 PM, at the residence 
facility field.  The festivities will include food, drink and 
entertainment.  In the event of rain we will hold the party at 2 PM on 
June 12.
