Engineering staff, 


A Genie material handling device was found to have forks that appeared to be excessively bent (photos attached). Upon closer examination it appears the metal near the fork weld is rippled, suggesting the device may have been overloaded at some point in time. Please review all of your lifting devices to assure their good condition and proper operation.
