[Eng_cryo] Zimbra information

Hello all, 
I have had requests for assistance with Zimbra. I am very please that we all are using the calendar; however, those who are still using Thunderbird are having problems interacting with the calendar program and using it to its full capacity. I have attached a document with some instructions on how to use the Zimbra program that should help most everyone. Print if necessary. 
I am still here to help anyone needing more assistance.
