[Erd108] [EXTERNAL] Draft of ePIC MPGD WPs

I compile a first draft of the organigram of MPGD Work Packages requested from us by the TIC (Klaus) based on an initial discussion I had with Maxence.
This is a draft and I would like to get your help for input and suggestion \ correction before I send it to Klaus on preferably Tuesday 27th
