Dear all,
Just FYI, please find below the agenda for the tracking review (PDR) scheduled for March 20 and 21st 2024. And the preparation for the review with half day page turn on March 4th (for the MPGD trackers) and a rehearsal on March 11th

Annalisa, Francesco, Damien / Irakli and myself will be presenting various subsystems as listed on the agenda.
I will add this topic for discussion on our general MPGD-DSC monthly meeting of March 07th between the page turn and the rehearsal schedule.

2. We need to schedule page turns and a rehearsal
     All talks and pre-brief material needs to be posted one week before the review so absolute latest 14th of March
     This means page turns the week of the 4th or March, I suggest two half days in the morning US time and rehearsals the same
     two half days the week of the 11th of March
