[Esh_manual_editor] Review Request: "ES&H Manual Chapter 6132 Ladders and Scaffolds" and Associate "Appendix T1 Ladders"

Attached please find for your review draft "ES&H Manual Chapter 6132 
Ladders and Scaffold" and its associated "Appendix T1 Ladders" these 
have been updated to:

    * Define that only ANSI Type I (heavy duty -- 250 pounds) ladders
      (or greater) are authorized for use at Jefferson Lab.
    * Describe mobile ladder-stand and platform equipment, and
    * Provide pictures as examples for each type of ladder authorized
      for use.


Ned Walker, Industrial Safety Liaison, is the Technical Point-of-Contact 
for these documents. Also included in the review were: Bob May, Deputy 
and DSO -- ESH&Q; Todd Kujawa, Industrial Safety Manager; and Tina 
Menefee, Safety Warden Program Manager.

These documents were last reviewed in June 2010.

It is asked that you provide these documents to affected members of your 
organization for review. Any comments are to be directed to the ES&H 
Manual Editor (mbailey at jlab.or <mailto:mbailey at jlab.or>) by March 9, 
2011. If you have no input at this time a "no comment" response would be 
appreciated but is not required.
