Compressed, Liquefied, and Solidified Gas Program" and its associated 
appendices:

    * T1 Gas Hazard Categories and Safety Requirements
    * T2 Moving Gas Cylinders from Storage to Work Area
    * T3 Gas Cylinder Labeling


The Technical Point-of-Contact for these documents is Tim Minga, Fire 
Protection Engineer; as such he played an integral role in the 
development of this material. Technical Reviews were provided by (in 
alphabetical order) Carl Iannacone, Property Manager; George Jacobs, 
Physics; Bert Manzlak, ESH&Q Safety -- Physics Laison; Dick Owen; ODH 
Safety; Tony Reiley, Test Lab; and Jennifer Williams, Industrial 
Hygiene. Comments were included as appropriate.

These documents have been drafted to reflect current laboratory operations.

It is asked that you provide these documents to affected members of your 
organization for review. Any comments are to directed to the ES&H Manual 
Editor (mbailey at jlab.org <mailto:mbailey at jlab.org>) by May 27, 2011. If 
you have no input at this time a "no comment" response would be 
appreciated but is not required.
