"BTHLD Engineering Note."

The Technical Point-of-Contact for this material is Dave Kausch, 
Jefferson Lab's Material Handling Engineering Representative; as such he 
played an integral role in the development of this material. Technical 
reviews were provided by members of the Material Handling Committee, 
whose membership includes (in alphabetical order): Ken Baggett, 
Engineering Magnets; Ed Folts, Physics-Hall A; Frank Humphry, SRF; Carl 
Iannacone, FM&L Shipping & Receiving; Walter Kellner, Physics-Hall C; 
Tina Menefee, Accelerator Safety Liaison; Manny Nevarez, Material 
Handling Safety Representative; Doug Tilles, Physics-Hall B; Ned Walker, 
Facilities Management and Logistics (FM&L) Safety Liaison; and Neil 
Wilson, Engineering Installation. Tim Michalski, Engineering Design was 
also offered an opportunity to review this material. Comments were 
included as appropriate.

This material was drafted to provide the requirements for the design, 
production, use, and modification of BTHLD used on behalf of Jefferson Lab.
