The Technical Point-of-Content for these documents is Tina Menefee, 
Jefferson Lab Safety Warden Coordinator; as such she played an integral 
role in the development of this material.Technical reviews were provided 
by (in alphabetical order):Harry Fanning, Accelerator Division Safety 
Officer (DSO); Richard Jacobsen, Facilities DSO; Bob May, ESH&Q DSO; 
Dick Owen, CFO/COO/Directorate/IT/PMI DSO; Henry Robertson, Engineering 
DSO; Patricia Rossi/Javier Gomez; Physics DSO; Gwyn Williams, FEL 
DSO.Comments were incorporated as appropriate.

During its triennial review a request was made that guidance be 
providedregarding distribution of the responsibilities associated with 
appointing, training, and supporting a safety warden.Updates have also 
been made to the Safety Warden Inspection requirements which include: 
enhancement of the reporting systems tool and guidance for additional 
monthly hazard inspections (i.e.: Ladders & Scaffolds, LLT, and Gas 
Cylinders).

It is asked that you provide these documents to affected members of your 
organization for review.Any comments are to be directed to the ES&H 
Manual Editor (mbailey at jlab.org <mailto:mbailey at jlab.org>) by June 20, 
2012.If you have no input at this time a "no comment" response would be 
appreciated, but is not required.
