The Technical Point-of-Contact is Ron Lauze, Electrical Engineering Systems (EES). Technical Reviews were provided by Joe Beaufait, Physics Hall C; Joe Butler, Physics Hall A; Tom Carstens, Physics Hall D; Steve Cooper, EES; and Bob Legg, Free-Electron Laser (FEL). Comments were incorporated as appropriate. 

These documents have been developed to reflect current laboratory operations. 

It is asked that you review the attached and provide comments by "return to sender" e-mail by August 2, 2013 . If you have no input at this time a "no comment" response would be appreciated but is not required.
