[Esr-users] Hall C SHMS Dipole tests complete

We tested the SHMS Dipole up to 2100 Amps successfully today.

We Measured a couple of transistor banks that were warmer than the rest.

T max 47 C , T ave 31 C, baseline was 27 C at zero amps.

The is the most likely cause of Mondays transition from ramp down to 
slow dump.

We held current for 30 Minutes and did before after T scans and it is 
stable.

SHMS dipole is on cold return and max current is set to 2150 A which is 
below the threshold for quench back.
