[Esr-users] Fwd: ESR Usage

The damage appears to be limited to the C6 motor starter and cables. At 
first glance, it appears the 4160V auto-transformer suffered an internal 
winding failure.
A local medium voltage contractor crew FM had on tap came in and helped 
us evaluate the damage, isolate the damaged cabinet, check the remaining 
systems, and re-energize.
We have successfully restarted four compressors and turbines on the main 
cold box. We are working to stabilize the system at 4K now.
