[Esr-users] Reducing ESR load

Hi Dave,
If becomes necessary to reduce the ESR load in the short term, Thia has agreed to consider the SHMS quads (take them to 80K) as first option. The HMS quads could also be considered but they represent a smaller load.

Concerning the work that needs to be done in Hall C, the HMS dipole needs to be cooled down soon and the SHMS dipole operated to get the field measurement/regulation system working correctly.
