[Esr-users] Hall A warm return moved to ESR suction for CHL recovery work

Hall A's warm return has been moved to ESR suction to accommodate CHL recovery work.  Halls B and C are still on CHL recovery but for the duration of the work flow capacity will be reduced.  The work is expected to last for about 2 days.
