Steve,
Due to operations at CHL today we will not have recovery capacity to accommodate your magnet testing.

Hi Steve,
Please contact cryo prior to ramping any magnets to see the status of CHL and especially the recovery system.
Today there have been two (so far) major upsets of the recovery system that have caused complete loss of lead flow for the two Hall B magnets. This has not been a problem since we are not powering them, but if it would have happened during ramping our magnets would have ramped down.
Dave

Greetings,
Hall C will be ramping its magnets to operating currents this Week, starting on Tuesday.
Some testing of the SHMS Q3 will take place that may open it warm return valve.
Today, Hall C has experienced several current lead flow interlocks that would have resulted in a fast discharge.
Cheers
Steven
