[Esr-users] [New Logentry] 15K flow acting strange

The supply pressure also showed this fluctuation. No changes at the target control end explain this (i.e. JT valves and power were nearly constant) 

The supply pressure ranged nearly +/- 0.5 atm about a ~12.9 atm average throughout this time. This oscillation stopped about ~1100 yesterday.
