[Esr-users] [New Logentry] 15K flow acting strange

It may be associated with Loop 3, liquid deuterium.  This loop was left 
with its JT valve cracked open, to keep things cold.  It appears that 
earlier in the day, some liquid condensed and then boiled away, probably 
due to beam heating on a solid target.  The solid targets are thermally 
attached to Loop 3.   I don't see anything happening at 10:35 PM 
however.  I see some minor fluctuations on our measurement of the 
coolant return temperature, but less than 1/2 K out of 20 K.
