Investigation into HMS Q2 valves:

The 24V dc power to the LVDT sensors and to the constant current source modules for the 4K temperature sensors was not present. 24V power supply checked out okay and the breakers were not in the off state. Found the wiring to the input of the breaker for the LVDT sensors/CCS was many turns loose. Confirmed that all screws were tight and manually cycled breaker. Will monitor this to see if this corrects the problem or not. This wiring has not been touched (to my knowledge) since early 2000 when it was installed.

Put HMS Q2 back into remote control. Fill valve increased from 28% to 30% , all other valves did not move at all. Stable system. He inventory is refilling from 46% to 60%. Pressure in magnet did not change. LN2 inventory is normal.
