Not sure if this was intended or not but this graph is showing the liquid level of the HMS Q2 and the valve position of the SHMS Q2.
The valve position of the HMS Q2 during this time should have read -34% as the LVDT macro sensor was offline.

ESR dewar is still loosing liquid level. 
Looking around some more I still see the HMSQ2 not at steady state.
