With a locked out valve setting on its fill valve, the HMS Q2 liquid inventory is mainly dependent on the supply pressure and return. The graph shows that the HMS Q2 started to lose liquid inventory after the dewar level started to decrease. 
The HMS Q2 magnet reacted to a change and was not the cause of the change.

ESR dewar is still loosing liquid level. 
Looking around some more I still see the HMSQ2 not at steady state.
