[Esr-users] LN2 Supply to hall C

Hello Chris, 

Hall C would like to investiagte a low LN2 flow to the SHMS HX. This will require shutting off the LN2 flow to the hall for a few days. This afternoon, say around 2pm, Hall C would like to have the LN2 shut off until further notice.
