[Esr-users] [New Logentry] ESR Plan - Short term until more is known about CHL

Representatives from Cryo, Halls A, B, C and Javier met this moring after the MCC meeting.
Since ESR will not be able to get any CHL support for the next few or more days the following was decided:

1) Priority would change from C/B/A to A/C and Hall B would go to 80K parked
2) No targets will be cooled down
3) Any magnets that needs to be powered, will only be powered to currents that are safely below the amount of enery that would cause them to warm if they trip. 

Hopefully the ESR can handle the loads of Halls C and A together. If not one of the spectrometers in Hall C will likely need to be warmed.
