At approximately 15:00 Hall B flow was essentially shut off (10% maximum position on CEV6711B).

I shut all 4K supply valves in the Hall to keep the heat load of the Transferline from warming the systems any quicker than they warm naturally so as to minimize any vacuum avalanches.
The Torus coils are ~17K, no liquid in the magnet
The buffer dewar supply exhaust temperature is 82K, it has an indicated 7.5% helium level
The Solenoid lead reservoir is empty and the magnet reservoir has 53% helium level the Solenoid coils are 4.9K 

If we reach ~80K we will start circulating 80K LN2 cooled helium through the magnets and buffer dewar to:
1) keep them from warming further
2) remove any contaminates
