Fast dump testing for the SHMS Q2 has ended.
Max Current reached was 2500A. At this current and with the warm return valve manually shut, the pressure rose to 2.1Atm in the magnet. The pressure in the SHMS Dipole rose to 1.97atm, resulting in its warm return valve opening for a short duration. The setpoint for the Dipole warm return opening was at 1.90atm.

Hi, 

This afternoon after 3:30pm The SHMS Q2 will be energized and fast dump measurements at low currents will be done. 
This setup will have the warm gas valve in manual mode and shut. Any pressure burps will be forced to go back via the cold return line. These He pressure burps will be monitored and testing will stop before they reach a level that will trip off the turbines in ESR.
