[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Torus Buffer Dewar alarm

Our Buffer Dewar that supplies the Saclay cryo target had emptied at some point, showing only 5% liquid level.  
I have isolated the Dewar from the target and started to refill. Torus warm return valve opened briefly to absorb the 86K slug from the Dewars return. 
Currently Liquid level is at 40%, all return temps are well below 10K and we are getting ~10gs from ESR. 
Once the Dewar has filled and is regulating we will investigate target operations.
