[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Hall C Moller on cold return

The Hall C Moller solenoid is full and on cold return.  The only issue of note was that remote control of the warm return valve was not function - I had to close it manually.  Until this is fixed, recovery of the Moller after any significant perturbations to the 4K supply will likely require a hall access.
