[Esr-users] [New Logentry] Solenoid quenched

I just spoke to Carroll Jones.  Here is the information he provided.

At around 4:00 AM an LCW hose came loose in Hall C, and water
began dumping from the system onto the floor.

This caused the LCW system to have a sudden (and significant)
pressure drop - likely leading to the solenoid quench (based on the
briefing from Ruben last Tuesday).

Carroll Jones reported to the site and shutdown the LCW system
for repair.  Walter Kellner (Hall C) began making repairs to the
disconnected hose.

Carroll Jones is currently purging the LCW lines in preparation to
  restart the system.  This may take several hours.
