[Esr-users] LCW Update

[Walt Akers]

I just spoke to Carroll Jones and he says that the restoration of the
LCW is moving ahead nicely.  He expects  that the system will
be refilled and the pressure will be stable by around 1:00 PM today.

The water conductivity is still far above the expected level and it
may take several hours for it to return to normal.  At this time, he
projects that the conductivity should be back to normal by 5:00 tonight.
I'll send more information when I hear from Carroll.
