At approximately 3:10 today (10/1) a power glitch caused CHL2 to shutdown. This affected the Halls in 2 ways:
1. The shutdown of CHL2 sent hot gas down the CHL-ESR transferline and pressurized the ESR dewar, the flow from this overwhelmed the ESR 1st stage compressor and pressurized the low pressure return.
2. The recovery of CHL2 compressors required flow to be sent to recovery compressors, which unfortunately caused them to get overwhelmed and pressurize recovery suction, which back pressured the lead flows.
ESR has recovered from this disturbance and magnet liquid levels should start to recover.
