Dear Dave,

This is to let you know that MCC is preparing to send beam to the tagger 
dump in Hall B. We see that the torus current is holding and stable, so 
we told MCC that we are ready for beam.

As you and the magnet group investigate the source for the torus alarm 
and think that we should not receive beam, or need to change the torus 
current from its value as of now, please call the counting house with 
further instructions.
